PURPOSE: A method for continuously maintaining a call in a wireless PBX is provided to improve a service quality by guaranteeing a successive telephonic communication by maintaining a call even if a wireless connection between a base station and a terminal is cut off. CONSTITUTION: In a state that a call is set up(S11), when the wireless connection is cut off(S12), a timer is initiated to be able to make a re-connection only for a predetermined time, a user is informed that the wireless connection may be cut off, and the current wireless connection information is stored(S13,S14). The call and the other party are temporarily connected to a predetermined place(S15), and it is discriminated whether the user attempts again the call set-up for a predetermined time(S16). If there is an attempt to a call set-up, the call which has been temporarily connected to a predetermined plate to continue the existing telephonic communication is re-connected by using the stored wireless connection information(S17). If a call set-up is not attempted again for a predetermined time, the temporarily connected call is cut off and put in a standby state(S18,S19).
