CONTINUOUS REVERSE IMPACTING METHOD OF ROTATING PLATE MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a rotating plate membrane that is capable of reducing contamination of membrane by a continuous reverse impacting. The membrane is applicable to a sewage/waste treatment system. CONSTITUTION: The devised membrane is composed of a rotating plate (5). The both sides of the plate (5) are installed with ring (4), spacer (8), and membrane (7) and the edge portion between spacer (8) and membrane (7) is fused thermally by the ultrasonic fusion method. The holes (1, 2) of the plate (5) are set for flow of a fluid and the respective holes is part from a length of 4 - 50 mm. The ring (4) plays a guide role of flowing of fluid along to the hole (1, 2) in the plate (5). The ball (6) that is durable of rust or erosion is also installed at the inner of hole (2) to generate a reverse impacting continuously during the rotating of membrane (7) of plate (5). Therefore, the membrane contaminated with gel or cake easily removes contaminates to use for a longer time. The diameter of membrane is 100 - 5000 mm and the revolution number is 1 - 600 rpm.
