PURPOSE: An assembly kit of a pose changeable doll and an assembly method thereof are provided to assembly a doll while varying the pose of the doll according to the preference of an assembler. CONSTITUTION: An assembly kit consists of a set of doll components(10,10',10"), a joint member(20) connected to a connection part at the end thereof, and filling material. In the doll component set, at least one connection part(14,14',14") and a skin part(16) are included. The joint member has a flexible joint in the middle part thereof to adjust the mutual pose relation between the doll components. The filling material is filled in a region between the doll components and the connection parts assembled in a desired pose relation. As the filling material is solidified, the desired pose relation between the doll components is fixed. For assembling the doll components, each fixing part of the joint member is fixed to the connection parts of the doll components. The flexible joint is deformed to ensure the doll components to be arranged to have a specific shape according to the preference of an assembler. When the filling material is filled and solidified, the assembly process is completed.
