PURPOSE: A modernized novel manufacturing process for tabasheer is provided, which makes mass production of tabasheer to be possible by automation of all manufacturing process, so shortens working hours. CONSTITUTION: The modernized novel manufacturing process for tabasheer is comprised of: cutting well-dried bamboos into several forks, and putting into an extracting tank(1); soaking the bamboo at room temperature for 12hrs by adding a mixed solution of ethanol and water in the fixed ratio(8:2-6:2) to the tank(1); releasing the mixed solution of ethanol and water from the tank(1); extracting the tabasheer for 12hrs while heating oil in an oil boiler(2) at 50-70deg.C. The modernized novel manufacturing process for tabasheer uses a device which comprises an extracting tank(1), an oil boiler(2), an oil tank(3), a heat jacket(4), an oil pump(5), and a temperature-perception sensor(8) to maintain an even temperature.
