PURPOSE: The system and method for managing the educational schedule are provided for a direct communication among a student, a teacher and parents and to modify data on a student's ID in accordance with the educational schedule by adding the educational schedule managing function to a web mail. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a home page of a server supplying a web mail service(100). A server issues a corresponding ID for a teacher and a student(200). When a user logs in to a server with a personal ID(300), the server supplies various services such as a web mail function, a manager function, and a bulletin board function(400). The server analyses a modified educational schedule and determines whether a student's grade, class, number are changed(500). In case a student's grade, class, number are changed, the server modifies data on a student's ID and saves modified data in a mail ID database(600). In case a student's grade, class number are not changed, the server preserves data on a student's ID(700).
