PURPOSE: An additive for wrapping asphalt concrete with flow resistance or drainability and its granule preparation method by having inorganic material, water soluble polymer, lower alcohol, and the like are provided. Thereby, flow resistant or drainable additive for wrapping asphalt concrete is simply and uniformly produced without causing any damage to the device for its production and uniformly mixed in practical use, and the adhesive force between asphalt and aggregate is also increased. CONSTITUTION: An additive used for wrapping asphalt with flow resistance or drainability is characterized by consisting of 10-100 pts.wt. of mineral powder, 0.2-20 pts.wt. of water soluble polymer, 10-100 pts.wt. of lower alcohol having less than 4 numbers of carbon and 5-20 pts.wt. of water, based on the 100 pts.wt. of cellulose fiber. The manufacturing method for the additive granule includes the following steps of: storing cellulose single yarn produced by grinding and melting natural pulp, recycled paper or disposed paper in a first cellulose fiber storage tank(3); storing measured mineral powder in a mineral powder tank(10); storing measured aqueous solution produced by dissolving water soluble polymer in lower alcohol or water, in aqueous solution storage tank(8); mixing micro-cellulose single yarn, mineral powder, aqueous solution in a double paddle mixer(5) and delivering to a second cellulose fiber storage tank(14); delivering the mixture in the second cellulose fiber storage tank to a pellet machine by screw conveyor(15) and pelletizing; drying the formed pellet in a cold chamber(18), while collecting dust by using cyclone(25), and; delivering the dried pellet to storage chamber and packaging into a certain unit.
