发明名称 METHOD FOR PREPARING GREEN TEA USING JAPANESE APRICOT FLOWER
摘要 PURPOSE: A preparation method of a tea using leaf of Camellia sinensis and flower of Japanese apricot is provided to serve a nutritive tea product preventing geriatric diseases with having unique fragrance of the flowers maintained for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The tea is prepared by drying washed and sorted flower of Japanese apricot without calyces at 25-30deg.C for 8-10hr, roasting the dried flowers at 60-70deg.C for 5-6min without adding water, dehydrating the roasted flower at 30-35deg.C for 7-8hr, mixing the resulting flower and steamed green tea leaf by laying in piles and sealing up the tea composition to be stored at less than 5deg.C for 70-75hr. The sorted Japaneses apricot flower is dried in a sealed state by using Korean paper to maintain the color and shape of the flower and prevent the fragrance from being diffused to the outside.
