PURPOSE: A dynamic image generating apparatus using an optical illusion phenomenon of a moving orbit vehicle and a passenger is provided which improves the advertisement effect of the apparatus by causing passengers who take the moving orbit vehicle to have an illusion that they see a dynamic image without fixed advertising boards. CONSTITUTION: In realizing a system in which a plurality of frames are continuously installed in a specified space of the inner part of a tunnel where an orbit vehicle is on the move and pictures of successive motions generate each freezing frames such that passengers who take the moving orbit vehicle can recognize the freezing frames as a dynamic image, the realization of the dynamic image satisfies the following conditions that the number (fn) of the freezing frames of the successive motions is 46±4 based on the moving distance of the orbit vehicle for 1 sec and the dynamic image is realized only at a specified position such as windows and entrance and exit doors.
