PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element, which suppresses the intensity modulation of its ocillation wavelength, which is confirmed in the case where a substrate is transparent to the luminous wavelength and is concerned in a wavelength mode to stem from the substrate, and shows excellent coupling characteristics of a light output linearity with an external resonator.
