PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an accurate circuit with a large consumption is required for detection of leakage. SOLUTION: Capacitors 38 and 39 connecting with a commercial a.c. power source 34 are connected to be grounded to an outer box 21, and the outer box 21 is provided with a ground wire 21a to be grounded by users. A divided voltage resistance 60 is connected between the voltage input side and ground of windings 33u, 33v and 33w of a washer motor 33 in which a d.c. power of the d.c. power circuit 39 is given through an invertor main circuit 44. A control circuit 47 detects a voltage VK generating in the divided voltage resistance 60 when the washer motor 33 is not energized, thereby detecting a leak generating in the washer motor 33. |
