PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local multi-dimensional value distributing method capable of dealing with various (multi-dimensional) demands to value by limiting (localizing) a range to distribute the value by generating and utilizing a network community (virtual field) in the case of newly distributing the value, and selecting the attribute of the value generated from the prepared attribute of the value, and to provide a storage medium storing local multi-dimensional value distribution program. SOLUTION: When a value distributor is to newly distribute electronic value, the network community is generated as needed, the network community to distribute the electronic value is selected, the value attribute of the electronic value is set and the electronic value is generated.
