<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an autoanalyzer in which the analyzed result of an immunoanalytical item is not influenced by a carry-over even when the same sample container is conveyed to both a biochemical analytical unit and an immunoanalytical unit so as to dispense a sample. SOLUTION: An immunoanalytical unit and a biochemical analytical unit are arranged along a rack conveyance part. Before an analytical operation is started, a carry-over prevention level is set at every analytical item. When a sample which is instructed to analyze only an analytical item having a low carry-over prevention level is dispensed in the biochemical analytical unit, a cleaning operation by ordinary water is executed to a dispensing nozzle. When a sample which is instructed to analyze an analytical item having a high carry- over prevention level is dispensed in the biochemical analytical unit, the dispensing nozzle is cleaned by a detergent solution and water.</p> |
