PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the position of the ridge line of a blade pressed to a developing roller. SOLUTION: In this developing machine, the developing roller 4 and the blade 1 regulating toner quantity, while pressing its edge to the roller 4 and forming the thin film of toner are disposed in a housing, and an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrier is visualized as a toner image. The device is equipped with a height adjustment support means 5 adjusting the height of the blade and supporting the blade by using set machine screws at two support points on a line parallel with the ridge line of the edge of the blade 1, and a skew adjustment support means 6 adjusting the direction of the blade in the horizontal direction and supporting the blade by using eccentric cams near the two support points. Then, the position of the ridge line of the blade 1 with respect to the roller 4 is adjusted in two directions and adjusted to an ideal parallel position. |
