PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound detecting device which reduces a wind noise disturbing the measurement of a noise and which can measure the noise without lowering the accuracy of measuring the noise. SOLUTION: This sound detecting device is composed of an outside net member 1, an inside net member 2 which is arranged inside the outside net member 1, a cylindrical wind-preventing member 3 which is arranged inside the inside net member 2, a spherical wind-preventing member 4 which is arranged inside the cylindrical wind-preventing member 3, and a microphone 5 or the like which is arranged inside the spherical wind-preventing member 4.
