PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the position of a detector to be measured with high accuracy, even though since an error of a reference detector changes with the passage of time, the error of the reference detector is included in a correction value to be created. SOLUTION: This generating device for error correction value includes a storage means for storing a measured error, a reference detector having a basic pitch different from a basic pitch of a detector to be measured, an arithmetic device for obtaining an inherent error from the value of the storage means by subjecting to Fourier transformation in a cycle which is an integer multiple of the basic pitch of the reference detector, an arithmetic device for subtracting the result of the above arithmetic device from the value of the storage means, and a comparator for giving a warning according to the magnitude of an error of the reference detector, and from the result of the subtracter, a correction value is created.
