PURPOSE: A wiper blade is provided to prevent noise and to have the excellent bend resistance and the excellent corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: Elastic polymers are mixed for two minutes in a Banbury mixer and discharged at 120deg.C. The discharged rubber is dried and mixed by palletizing with a rubber palletizer. A thermoplastic elastic polymer composition is obtained by mixing the rubber in a double-axis mixer at 1000sec¬-1. The thermoplastic elastic polymer composition is palletized through a palletizer for resin by cooling through water. The composition is formed to a plate of 2mm thickness. A wiper blade is produced through a wiper blade die with a single-axis extruder. Thereby, a face to be contacted with a glass is the thermoplastic resin. Therefore, the noise of the wiper blade is prevented and the corrosion resistance is improved. Moreover, the crack of the wiper blade is prevented.
