METHOD FOR PREPARING CERAMIC COMPLEX MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing ceramic complex materials is provided which prepares the ceramic complex materials such as zirconia-reinforced-alumina, titania-reinforced-alumina and titania-reinforced-zirconia ceramic complex materials having more excellent chemical and optical functions as a catalyst, a light catalyst and a catalyst carrier. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) preparing a mixed aqueous solution of titanium isopropoxide, zirconium oxychloride and aluminum nitrate; (ii) generating fine liquid traces from the mixed aqueous solution by using an ultrasonic sprayer; and (iii) wet-collecting it, after passing the fine liquid traces through a drying part and a heat-decomposing part of an electric furnace to desolvate and high-temperature oxidize it.
