PURPOSE: A roof rail reinforcement structure interposes a reinforcement member to the joint where a roof front rail, a roof side rail and a front filler meet so as to increase rigidity and to reduce vibrations and noise. CONSTITUTION: The roof rail reinforcement structure is connected by a partition panel(1). The partition panel(1) has a central part(2) jointed under the joint where a roof front out rail(11) and a roof side out rail(31) are welded and jointed, one side bent up to the lower outside and welded into one side of a front inner filler(41) so as to support the central part(2) thereof and the other side bent up to the lower inside and then bent up horizontally with the front end thereof welded to the front end of a roof front inner panel(12). The other side of the partition panel(1) horizontally bent up is welded and jointed to the front end of the front inner filler(41).
