PURPOSE: An electron pocket book and CDMA terminal in one is provided to perform almost all functions of a general electron pocket book in a CDMA terminal by arranging key folder in two-folder type, a keypad to use a decoder and buffer circuit, and an EEPROM for the exclusive use of the electron pocket book. CONSTITUTION: A keypad(10) comprises number buttons, symbol buttons and so on, and inputs the desired information to a terminal. The keypad(10) is arranged in the two-folder type, so that one side is used for the terminal and the other side is used for the electron pocket book. A base band chip(20) receives the signal from the keypad(10), converts to digital signal and outputs to a 3x8 decoder, receives and controls the determined value(D) in relation to the data inputted from a user, and outputs to a memory control unit(60) in order to store the data. A key matrix control unit(30) receives a control signal from the base band chip(20), and discriminates what key is pushed. According to the result, the key matrix control unit(30) outputs the determined value(D) to the base band chip(20) again. An EEPROM(40) for telephone stores the variables always used in a mobile telephone and the information for the terminal, and an EEPROM(50) for electron pocket book stores the database arranged for the user service of the electron pocket book.
