PURPOSE: A gas flow ratio controlling device for a gas oven range is provided to automatically control the gas flow ratio in a unit time period according to the volume of heating power set by a user. CONSTITUTION: A gas flow ratio controlling device for a gas oven range includes a gas supply part(20) mounted with a gas supply valve(21) for supplying or shutting off external gas, and a gas flow ratio sensing part(30) having a gas flow valve(31) mounted to a nozzle(33) for supplying gas supplied from the gas supply part to a cooking container in a burner part(10), a thermistor sensor(32) for outputting a cooling or heating state of a surface by the gas supplied via the gas flow ratio valve to an electric signal, and an electronic control unit(35) for operating the electric signal output from the thermistor sensor to estimate volumes and speeds of the gas flow ratio and the heating power, thereby outputting an electric signal to the gas flow ratio valve at an output part to control the gas flow ratio.
