PURPOSE: A device for converting communication mode of multiplex mode communication terminal automatically and a method thereof are provided to prevent the communication interruption by that the mode isn't changed by that a communication terminal carries out the change of the mode automatically in case that the communication terminal is out of the telephone calling possible area. CONSTITUTION: A device for converting communication mode of multiplex mode communication terminal automatically include a connecting sensor(160), a telephone RF portion(120), a telephone control portion(110), a mobile phone RF portion(150), a mobile phone control portion(140), a power control portion(130) and an antenna stopping portion(170). The connecting sensor(160) senses if the communication terminal is connected with a fixed instrument of the side of the telephone or not. The telephone RF portion(120) carries the radio communication with the fixed instrument and detects if the RSSI value of RF signal is under the appointed value or not. The telephone control portion(110) outputs the mode stopping signal if the RSSI value is under the appointed value. The mobile phone RF portion(150) carries out the radio communication with the mobile communication base station. The mobile phone control portion(140) controls the operation of the mobile phone RF portion(150). The power control portion(130) supplies and stops the power. The antenna stopping portion(170) connects the antenna to the telephone RF portion(120) and the mobile phone RF portion(150) selectively. |
