PURPOSE: An inner liner rubber composition improved in adhesion between a first inner liner and a second inner by adding butyl rubber to conventional first inner rubber compositions is provided which improves air permeability resistance of a tire. CONSTITUTION: In a rubber composition for use as an inner lining in a tubeless pneumatic tire having a two layer inner liner, 10 to 30 parts by of halogenated butyl rubber or reclaimed butyl rubber is used.
