PURPOSE: A compound pneumatic hammer for a puncher and the straight punching deflection compensating method are provided to punch a straight hole by adjusting the punching direction instantly without stopping punching works even though the punching direction is swerved, to straighten the inclined excavating direction simply and promptly by regulating the strength and weakness of air pressure added to a compound pneumatic hammer, and to reduce the shock and noise on punching with pneumatic hammers. CONSTITUTION: In a puncher punching a straight hole in the ground by hammering the ground with a hammer beat(7) by supplying compressed air from a compressor to an air hammer attached to the front end of an auger rod(2) revolved by a driving unit through a pneumatic port of a swivel(5), a compound pneumatic hammer comprises many air hammers(6a-c) to be operated separately, the same number of pneumatic ports as the air hammers(6a-c) are installed to the swivel(5), and air vents(9a-b) per pneumatic ports are installed on the auger rod(2) to control the strength and weakness of air pressure per air hammers(6a-c); the punching deflection compensating method, which restores normal excavation and straight perforation, comprises the steps of heightening air pressure to the side of the reverse pneumatic port to the deflected side, when the ground is excavated toward one side while punching a straight hole using the pneumatic hammers attached to the front end of the auger rod(2), and making an air hammer passing through an area of the pneumatic port excavate prior to other air hammers and guiding the excavating direction of the air hammer of the other pneumatic port excavating under normal pressure.
