METHOD FOR WRAPPING DISPOSABLE INJECTOR AND WRAPPED INJECTOR

PURPOSE: A wrapping method of a disposable injector and the wrapped injector are provided to reduce manufacturing costs, to sterilize completely and to prevent secondary infection. CONSTITUTION: Cap portions of 10-40 pieces(3) are formed in a plastic sheet(1) by a former. Disposable injectors(4) are inserted in each cap portion(3). Faces of the disposal injectors are sealed except for one or two faces by covering with a sheet(2). Air inside the half-wrapped disposal injectors(4) is stripped through unsealed openings by decompressing in a sterilizer. The injectors and the wrapper are sterilized by inserting ethylene oxide gas into the air-stripped wrapper. In finishing the sterilization, ethylene oxide is stripped by decompressing the sterilizer and air is injected. The disposal injectors are produced by taking out from the sterilizer and sealing the unsealed faces.
