PURPOSE: An air cutter of an automatic crystal inserter is provided to improve work efficiency and to prevent the reject ratio of quality. CONSTITUTION: A body(2) of an air cut unit(3) and a solder unit(4) is installed for cutting and soldering the lead(10) of crystal(9) on a work table(1). The air cut unit is prepared to cut the lead of the crystal short by moving up and down. An electromagnet(7) is installed to drop a surplus lead(11) to a part to be cleaned after attaching a specific amount of the lead crystal. A 3-axis robot(5) is installed to be actuated to move the body of the air cut unit and the solder unit right/left and back/forth. Herein, the body of the air cut unit efficiently processes the surplus lead after cutting to mount a crystal unit as an electronic component device. Accordingly, work efficiency is improved and the reject ratio of quality is prevented.
