PURPOSE: A damping force control device has a simple structure to respond more quickly to the change of a road surface and controls a damping force more exactly in detail. CONSTITUTION: A damping force control device comprises a changeable disk plate(24), a case(42). The changeable disk plate(24) is formed on a flow channel in a piston(18). Some of the changeable disk plate(24) is formed by a piezo-electric material(28) transformed by an electric signal. The low end of the changeable disk plate(24) has a taper surface to a direction of which a thickness of a center portion reduces. The case(42) has many through holes opened/closed by a stretching of the changeable disk plate(24).
