PURPOSE: A measuring device for the non-linear reflective index of an optical fiber is provided to measure the non-linear reflective index using a laser having relatively little power as a non-linear pumping light source by increasing a sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A non-linear reflective index measuring device for an optical fiber(51) comprises a detected light source generator(10); a directional combiner(31) creating a ring by connecting both ends to both ends of an optical fiber and moving the optical fiber counterclockwise or clockwise by divided light; a phase modulator(40) modulating the phase of detected light from the directional combiner and transmitting the light to one end of the optical fiber; a non-linear pumping light transmitter(60) transmitting non-linear pumping light to the other end of the optical fiber; a pumping light intensity measurer(70) measuring the intensity of the non-linear pumping light; and a RF(radio-frequency) spectrum analyzer(80) measuring the phase change caused by a non-linear reflective index corresponding to the non-linear pumping light by analyzing a frequency spectrum. Therefore, the phase change of the optical fiber is easily measured.
