PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling the operator of a linear motor is provided which supplies air through a supply pipe to prevent air loss due to a reduction in pressure and uniformly applies air from the left and right sides of a coil unit formed in the operator to increase cooling efficiency of the operator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cooling the operator(20) of a linear motor includes an operator frame(21) and a supply pipe. The operator frame has at least one air hole(24) formed in a vertical direction and a plurality of air holes connected to the air hole to be divided. The supply pipe is connected to each of both ends of the air hole formed in the operator frame to supply air to a coil unit(22). The plurality of air holes are formed in a zigzag manner to provide air to the left and right sides of the coil unit.
