PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a combined organic insulator, preventing the occurrence of burrs. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a combined organic insulator comprises solidifying liquid organic polymer material onto the outer periphery of an insulating core 4 several times in sequence in the longitudinal direction of the insulating core 4 by using small molds A, B to form an insulating coating 15 on the outer periphery of the insulating core 4. A liquid leakage preventive protrusion 6 is provided at the rear end of the previous insulating coating 15 to prevent the liquid leakage of the liquid organic polymer material during forming the following insulating coating. The liquid leakage preventive protrusion 6, provided at the rear end of the insulating coating 15 previously solidified, gives the effect of an O-ring during solidifying the following insulating coating, inhibiting liquid leakage and preventing the occurrence of burrs. The liquid leakage preventive protrusion 6 is free of deterioration because it is used once for liquid leakage prevention and free from troublesome management and replacement like that of the O-ring.
