PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burglar preventing camera device allowed to be fitted to either face of horizontal and vertical faces without using an adaptor or the like. SOLUTION: A camera case 3 for supporting a burglar preventing camera 2 is supported so as to be rotated around a 1st rotary shaft R1 rectangular to the optical axis of the camera 2. A rotary frame 4 is supported rotatably around a 2nd rotary shaft R2 rectangular to the 1st rotary shaft R1. The base 5a of a rotary board 5 is supported rotatably around a 3rd rotary shaft R3 rectangular to the 2nd rotary shaft R2.
