PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise of a motor by preventing the vibration caused by the rotation of a rotor and the vibration caused by the friction between a bearing and a rotating shaft from being transmitted from the bearing to a case. SOLUTION: In a motor 1 provided with a rotating shaft 8 and a bearing 15 which rotatably journals the shaft 8, the outer periphery of the bearing 15 is covered with a rubber 23.
