PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor provided with infrared illuminations and capable of changing an illumination range to a suitable range corresponding to a substituted lens when the lens is substituted and securing a monitoring range corresponding to the lens. SOLUTION: A pair of substrates 3 are arranged on the right and left sides of a lens 2 of a camera turnably in the optical axis direction and plural infrared-ray emitting means (LEDs) 4 are arranged on each of the substrates 3, so that a wide range can be irradiated with infrared rays by turning the substrates 3.
