PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the case of a film unit with a waterproof type lens from being opened due to dropping impact and thermal deformation. SOLUTION: A waterproof case 4 is constituted by integrating a front case 32 and a back case 33 by pawl-coupling. The pawl-coupling is executed by a locking pawl 69 and a locking groove 76. The locking pawl 69 is formed so as to be projected on the inside surface of the front case 32. The locking groove 76 is formed at the top end part of a piece to be locked 75 provided at the back case 33. Since the locking groove 76 is formed, the splitting of a resin material at the top end part of the piece to be locked 75 is eliminated at the time of molding the back case 33, so that the occurrence of a weld line is suppressed. Firm pawl-coupling is obtained, so that the opening of the case due to the dropping impact, the thermal deformation and the rising of internal pressure is prevented.
