PURPOSE: A treatment structure of food waste in a sink is provided, which treats the food waste by compacting, de-watering, crushing and mixing with fermentation agent and by improving a feed inlet of a waste collecting bag, so that the food waste can be kept without any odor and the finely crushed waste can be used as fertilizer and livestock feed. CONSTITUTION: The treatment structure comprises the followings: (i) a fermentation agent container(3) connected to a side of a sink(1); (ii) a conveying screw(7) included in a 'T'-type screw assembly(100) around an outside diameter of a drainage coupling(1') inside the bottom of the sink(1), wherein a compacting and cutting knife(6) is mounted to the front shaft of the conveying screw(7) and a discharge head(8) is screwed to the outside of the conveying screw(7); (iii) a gear box(101) mounted to the rear of the screw assembly(100), which includes a reducer(9) fitted with a bearing(14) and a drive motor(4) in the rear; (iv) a fermented liquid feed top hose(10') being introduced into a fermentation agent feed inlet(13) at a side of a filtering container(1"); (v) a fermented liquid feed bottom hose(10") being introduced into a side of the screw assembly(100); (vi) a solid discharge pipe(5') screwed to a nipple at the center knob of the discharge head(8) in the upper direction; and (vii) a drain hose(12) screwed to a nipple at the lower part of the discharge head(8). |
