The skin composition is composed of 0.01-30.0 wt.% lysophospholipid as an emulsifying agent, 0.01-15.0 wt.% phytosterol and 0.01-15.0 wt.% sphingolipid as a moisture-retaining agent. The lysophospholipid is obtained by treating phospholipid with phospholipase A (or D), and improves an emulsification property and stability of a hydrophillic oil/water emulsion. The cosmetic has an excellent stability and moisture-retaining property for skin.
