COSMETICS CONTAINING POWDER TYPE LIPOSOMES

The powdered liposome-contg. cosmetic is produced by dispersing a bioactivating material into an agar- dissolved aqueous soln., adding a phospholipid to the dispersed soln. to obtain a liposome, spray-drying it to obtain a powdered liposome of 1-500 μ particle size, and adding the liposome to the make-up cosmetic. The make-up cosmetic is pref. facepowder, rouge, eyeshadow, foundation or lipstick. The cosmetic has a required moisture retaining effect.
