PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner is provided to be light and useful for the health, and to cut down the expenses without the suction motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotational force generating device(500) generates the rotational inertia by pressing, and transmits the rotational inertia to a suction fan(600) with being engaged with a body(200) in the rear part of the suction fan. A portable vacuum cleaner is composed of a pressure unit(510) pressing the rotational force generating device with the hand of an operator in cleaning; a restoring unit(520) having a compression spring to push the pressure unit up in the lower part of the body; a rotation doubling unit(530) turned by the pressure unit to increase RPM(revolution per minute); and an accelerating unit(540) generating the rotational inertia. The rotational force generating device operates with increasing RPM by the rotation doubling unit, and with generating the rotational inertia by the accelerating unit in pressing the pressure unit against a repulsive force of the restoring unit.
