PURPOSE: A gas safety valve device is provided to automatically close a gas pipe by remote control as the open and close of the gas pipe are uncertain. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(1) containing supply and discharge pipes(2,3) is installed to a middle position of a gas supply hose. A key ball(9) presses a key ball groove(8) of an opening and shutting valve(5) with a pressing plate(12) resiliently supported by a spring(14). The right and left rotations of the key ball groove are stopped by a bolt(6) and a spring(11) elastically supports the key ball groove. Thus, the opening and shutting valve is separately placed to a nozzle(4) of a gas supply pipe(2). The gas flowed in through the supply pipe is discharged to a gas pipe after passing through the nozzle and the discharge pipe. As the open and close of the gas pipe are uncertain, the key ball is released by raising the pressing plate with a remote control switch operating a solenoid. Thus, the opening and shutting valve elastically supported by the spring is unfastened and the left end of the valve(5) closes the nozzle. Therefore, the supply and discharge of gas are blocked.
