PURPOSE: A method for offering real time information in accordance with a changing state to users using different languages and an apparatus thereof are provided to enable users using different languages to share information in real-time by using a plurality of language translators and reverse language translators corresponded to the language translators. CONSTITUTION: A database(5) comprises a plurality of specific languages. A plurality of language translators(4a-4m) accesses data stored in the database(5) and converts the data into different language. A plurality of reverse language translators(6a-6m) converts different languages to the data type of the languages stored in the database(5). The data to be offered are expressed as the English language and stored the converted data in the database(5), and the service data stored in the database(5) are translated and stored in each language database(3a-3m). If a netizen requests both directions conversation, the contents inputted by a netizen through the internet are converted into the English language and recorded in the database(5) by operating the language translator.
