PURPOSE: A toilet room is provided to supply various advertisements or public information for users of the toilet room. CONSTITUTION: In a toilet room(2), a display device(6) and a data server(8) are installed. The display device is installed in the inside of the toilet room, and displays motion-pictures or motionless-pictures. The data server is connected to the display device through a communication line. In the data server, a database(10) is organized. The database contains various advertising data or publicity data and various data are saved. In the display device, input devices(11) such as a keyboard, a mouse and a touch screen are formed for a user to search the database. A speaker(12) is formed in the display device, and various sound-effects and audio-data are saved in the database. A sensor(14) sensing a user is installed in a seat(4) of a toilet, and connected to the display device. A damage detecting device(16) is installed in the display device, and a camera(22) is installed in the toilet room. A door locking device(20) is installed in a door(19) of the toilet room. Therefore, When a user sits down on the toilet, an advertisement or public information is displayed. When the display device is damaged, the camera takes the picture of the user, and then the door is locked by the door locking device.
