PURPOSE: A manufacturing process from the skeletal remains to solid body shape after cremation is provided, which reduces volume of the skeletal remains in less than half, decreases preconceived idea or rejection to the skeletal remains, and minimizes inroads of country by graveyard. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process from skeletal remains to solid body shape after cremation is comprised of: shaping the bone powder stick(1) by mixing bone powder with coagulants; putting the bone powder stick(1) into an adiabatic device(3) with holes(2) that is formed while keeping some distance; heating the end of the bone powder stick(1) with a flame bar(4) of 1800-2500deg.C to form crystals(5) on a rotary plate(7) with a motor(6)(The crystals(5) free falls on the rotary plate(7)). The liquid crystals(5) is cooled slowly on the rotary plate(7) while shaping a small ball-shape. The prepared crystals(5) is hard, and which shows good transparency without crack. The skeletal remains can be also prepared in the form of a memorial tablet or a tombstone after mixing the skeletal remains with coagulants.
