PURPOSE: A plastic damper pulley and a production method thereof are provided to satisfy the specific intrinsic number of vibration demanded by an engine, to save costs and to reduce noises. CONSTITUTION: To produce a plastic damper pulley for a vehicle, an iron hollow insert(20) and an iron ring shape insert(18) having plural holes are additionally processed. The hollow insert and the ring shape insert are inserted in an injection die frame for producing a hub of the damper pulley. The plastic hub(14) is injection molded by injecting a polyamide thermoplastic resin is injected in the injection die frame. Then, a rubber(16) is press-fitted between an outer circumferential face of the plastic hub and an inner circumferential face of an iron pulley(12).
