The sheet (1) has its rigidity reduced by impressions or perforations on its endface sector (2) so that it can more easily be inserted in a printing press. There may be several cuts (3) in the endface sector, parallel to the outer edges (4) of the sector, close against and behind each other. There may be at least three, preferably five, of these rows of cuts one behind the other.
