Bent sections (3d,5d) are formed between outer edges (3c-5c) and mounting sections (3b-5b). An outer cladding resin layer is formed to cover the component. Flat sections (3e-5e, 3f-5f) are formed on the position covered by outer resin layer, between bent and mounting sections.
