PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic one-component color toner which obviates the fusion (offset) of the toner to a fixing roller in a fixing stage and the occurrence of toner transfer to a developing member in a developing stage and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The nonmagnetic one-component color toner characterized in that the relations Mwp<=Mwm<=Mwc,(Mwp+Mwc)/2>=Mwn or Mwc<=Mwm<=Mwp, (Mwc+Mwp)/2>=Mwm hold when the weight average molecular weight of a main resin is defined as Mwm, the weight average molecular weight of the coloring agent-dispersed resin as Mwp and the weight average molecular weight of the charge control agent-dispersed resin as Mwc is constituted.
