PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device, capable of preventing image failure due to deterioration of toner caused by excessive toner supply by preventing the toner from being excessively supplied into a developing part. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first toner quantity detecting device 16 and a second toner quantity detecting device 17 inside a developing part 5, then the quantity of the toner 8 inside the developing part 5 and the existence of the toner 8 inside a hopper part 7 are detected. |
