<p>According to the present invention, a controller (100) is such that, when an image is picked up with a camera (10) facing a display section (40) side corresponding to a user side, an instruction is given to a view angle switching processing section (20) to allow image pick-up data to become a wide angle shot data under a CIF format through partly cutting processing to effect a conversion to a QCIF format one and, when an image is picked up with the camera facing a side opposite to the user side, an instruction is given to allow image pick-up data to become a narrow angle shot data under a CIF format through partly cutting processing to effect a conversion to a QCIF one.</p> |
