PURPOSE: A parking management system by inputting the number of a parking space and the desired parking time by a user, making payment according to parking charge information in a parking lot and lighting a lamp according to an excess of a selected parking time or not is provided which improves the accuracy of a parking management system and saves personnel expenses. CONSTITUTION: The parking management system comprises a display board (1), a selection button (2) for selecting the desired parking time, a space button (3) for inputting a parking number of a parking lot, a credit card reader (9), a transportation card reader, a paper money discriminator (10), a coin discriminator (12), a firmware (13) with a built-in a program necessary to drive, a withdrawal sensor (15) for sensing the withdrawal of a ticket, a printer (16) for printing a receipt or a paper for parking manager, a microprocessor (19) connected to an input and output interface (18) for controlling the above components, wherein the system comprises a display device driving circuit (20), a parking time violation display device and a parking lot identifying device (22). |
