The invention concerns a delivery valve device for refrigerant fluid compressor. Said device comprises a valve plate (21) with a delivery passage (27) closed by a delivery valve (22) fixed at one end on the valve plate and supported on said plate at its free end by a spring (23). A valve stop (24) is urged to be fixed on the valve and the spring on the valve plate so as to flange one end of the valve and the spring on the valve plate by means of rivets (26). The sliding contact of the valve free end on the plate prevents the valve from rattling and flapping. The invention is useful for reducing noise level in refrigeration compressors.
