PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bending and peeling of a rim part of a wall paper adhered to a surface of a transparent dial substrate. SOLUTION: A metal deposited film 4 formed in a single layer or a multi- layer of silicon oxide, magnesium fluoride, or the like is formed on a recessed stage part 2b formed on a surface of a transparent dial substrate 2 made of a plastic material or the like. A wall paper 5 (a decorative member) applied a decorative pattern made of vinyl chloride or methacrylic resin is adhered by an adhesive 6 via this metal deposited film 4. Also, a solar cell or an EL light emitting member is laminated on a bottom face side of the transparent dial substrate 2. Bending and peeling of a rim part of the wall paper 5 are prevented and outside light emits on the solar cell for improving power generating efficiency. Furthermore, the whole surface of the transparent dial substrate 2 becomes brighter by emission of outgoing light from the EL light emitting member for enabling reading of the time in the dark or at night, and a dial for a clock with rich decorativeness can be provided.
